David Pho is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Founder of Black Fox Engineering Group.

Mr. Pho leads a group of trusted engineers to assist  businesses grow; to focus and do their best work while allowing today’s technology as tools to be efficient.

Mr. Pho has over 25 years of IT engineering and management experiences working with fortune 500 companies and government agencies.  Most recently, Mr. Pho had worked at Microsoft as an Engineer helping customers streamlined their business into the cloud and secure their on-premises networks and data.

The mission for Black Fox Engineer Group is to engage its customers by understand their business, assist in developing ways to be efficient, and finally provide value to both their workforce and customers with today’s technology.  Mr. Pho is highly passionate in seeing customers do their best work.

Mr. Pho resides in Loudoun County and work with customers in the Northern Virginia area.
